Jeffrey Philpott

Dr. Jeffrey L. Philpott is a higher education consultant who leverages more than 20 years of experience to assist post-secondary institutions in areas such as operational efficiency, strategic transformation, academic quality, and governance. He has managed his consulting firm (now based in Dublin) since 2024, prior to which he spent a year as vice provost at a higher education business institution in Berlin. Before that, Dr. Jeffrey L. Philpott served as an academic dean at the EU Business School in Munich.
